I regret choosing Rhodes Roofing. The roof may be fine, but the experience was frustrating and disrespectful from start to finish. Communication was terrible. After signing the contract in December, I didn’t hear from the project manager, Chris Johns, once—not until the roof was finally installed in February. Every time I called the office, they said Chris would call me back. He never did. I should have known from the beginning when Chris made an inappropriate comment, telling me I “can’t use the money for a Disney trip.” That was out of line and condescending. Given how dismissive the whole process was, I can’t help but wonder if I wasn’t taken seriously because I’m a woman or a minority. No one explained what to expect, how the installation would work, or even gave me a heads-up before workers arrived at my house. I had to call multiple times just to figure out the next steps. When the crew finally showed up, I wasn’t even notified. To this day, I’m still finding nails in my yard. If you don’t mind being ignored, talked down to, or left guessing at every step, Rhodes Roofing is the company for you. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend taking business elsewhere!

The roof work was done by one crew and gutter by another. Both crews were courteous, on-time, worked quickly & efficiently. The gutter crew as delayed because the supply house was out and their order delayed but they were very good at communicating with us.

Rhoden Roofing came to my attention through the recommendation of a friend whom had Rhoden replace his roof.  Although there are a number of quality roofing companies to choose from and the bids are similar in cost and value, I choose Rhoden Roofing because Brett went the extra mile to explain in detail what was going to be done, why it was going to be done, why it was being done and when the job would be completed.

The crew was timely, efficient and competent.  The work was performed as promised and when the job was completed there was no debris and the house.  The yard was left spotless.  I would not hesitate to recommend Rhoden Roofing to anyone.

It went great. Called them for an estimate on our leaky tile roof. Brett came out quickly to make the inspection and estimate and showed us the problems. The were there to do the work quickly. The crew worked efficiently and hard to get the work done. They cleaned up all debris. A very good experience. No complaints at all.
