COPART SALVAGE AUTO AUCTIONS

This is the worst place I have ever seen.  I was laughed at and humiliated by Chris and Jessica.  I would NEVER I mean NEVER go to one of their auctions and if your car gets towed to their place, you better make sure everything is out because they will steal it!  Twice I had two cars towed to their lot and both times I ended up with items missing!  And when I asked to speak with the manager I was laughed at.  Then I mentioned filing a police report for my missing items and Jessica said "hope you got the right department."  I'm a strong believer in consumers rights and if this is how they act when I mention something missing, then God only knows the way you will be treated at their auctions.  Especially if you buy a vehicle and something is wrong with it.  They laughed it up and threw it in my face when I told them I would write reviews and contact the BBB.  They don't care, they really don't.  I guess because they are an independent company they can treat people any way they want to.  My advice, have nothing to do with these people, steer clear.  Make sure you ask for a different place for your car to be towed to if its a loss and NEVER buy at their auctions.  Trust me.  If I treated people they way they treated me, I would of been fired from my job!  I served our country in the United States Marines Corps and fought for our freedoms and rights only to be talked to and treated like this?
