These trucks are dock level and can be used for dock to dock moving. They are equipped to move both residential and office moves. Nicolosi Movers is registered with the federal and state governments and has had contracts with both. Nicolosi Movers accepts a 30 day payment policy and does accept all four major credit cards. Nicolosi Movers does have a Dunns number; that can be used to make payments. Family owned. Cost is determined by the job.

The 3 man team spent an excessive amount of time/hours playing tetris trying to make everything fit in a truck too small for a 2 bdrm condo. They ended up making two trips! Damaged my bed and a leather chair by not wrapping. Left my patio belongings claiming they would go back to get them the next day but never contacted me, never followed up and never retrieved them! As a result, I lost my security deposit from the place I moved out of! I had to pay full price with no recompense for the damages done until I filed a claim. Moving is stressful enough! Who has time for that?! It's now been a week and no one has even made an attempt to follow up. The job was supposed to take 4 hrs. It took nearly 8. There are SO many other mover options. I would never use them again or recommend them. Movers claimed they were overworked, overscheduled and that the owner( or owner's son) should have assessed the job prior to sending them out. Just simply sloppy and poorly executed! Beyond disappointed. Owner claimed, "our reputation is everything," but never held their end of the deal. Stay away. Look elsewhere!

Great! Sam was very good listen to what I had to say. I was moving to a condo with a 2nd floor. I simply put a colored tape on the boxes I needed upstairs. Everything was perfect! Sam was respectful and kind.

It went very well. Movers were very conscientious, took excellent care of my stuff. I had them not only move, but they also packed my kitchen and did a great job at that. Price came in a little under the estimate. They do hourly rate for the number of movers, plus materials and transport fees. All very transparent and reasonable. Would absolutely use them again.

Jack, Sr., Jack Jr. and the entire crew have been extremely responsive, professional and thorough. Arrived when scheduled and took care to handle the office items carefully - including dismantling desks and putting them back together. We still have an additional 12 offices to go and numerous other items, Nicolosi Movers will absolutely be the company I hire. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of time and effort. Great job and highly recommended.

Nicolosi Moving & Storage did an excellent job for us. When we first called for quotes they came right out, looked over the house and estimated the move. While it cost a bit more than the estimate, it was still fair and there were a lot of variables that could not have been anticipated. They packed our kitchen and took care of the back yard items. Everything was packed well, they sent 6 guys over to work on our move. It all took a really long time, so I'm happy they sent so many people so as to reduce the time we were dealing with it all. They packed our art carefully and they packed our furniture carefully. They were polite, fun but not obnoxious, asked permission before they played music and worked hard till the end. When they unloaded at the new house the next day they were attentive and listened to where we directed them. 95% of the boxes were in the right rooms, and a good number of the 5% were probably our fault anyway. They came back a week later and picked up some of the empty boxes for us too-which was great to get them out of the garage. I highly recommend this company. Both the owner and his son personally made sure our experience was a positive one, and the workers followed suit. At least one of them is a Yankees fan, which is the only downfall. Go Red Sox.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS. They lost over $5000.00 of my personal belongings while they were in Nicolosi’s care. I paid them to store and protect my belongings. They claim it was employee theft. In trying to resolve this situation they returned only two of my phone calls over a two month period, and finally offered to settle for $141.00. Their customer service is reprehensible. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these people.

"[Member Name Removed], is correct, that we think there was a theft at our previous warehouse. We did not loose these items, and have told him that we have been searching for them, ever since we had found out they were missing. These are used furniture items and electronics. We reported it to the insurance company, that our company pays close to 30.000 per year, to help compensate [Member Name Removed] for these items, but the insurance company reviewed the bill of lading and warehouse documents, and discovered that it was released at .60 cents per lb.. Nicolosi Movers was shocked that they would not compensate him for the stolen items. Nicolosi movers rely on the insurance company to compensate our customers when these things happen. It wasn't our service or our attempts to solve the problem, it was the insurance company's use of the DOT guidelines to close the case. Nicolosi movers have spent hundreds of dollars looking for some of these things and still haven't found any of them. We are sorry this happened and have moved out of the other warehouse were this incident occurred."

It went well except that I had partially taken a mirror off of my dresser they finished taking the bars off and now I cant fin the allan wrench or the allan screws that held it on. Other wise they were very good.

We had a big move which required storage time before we could move our furnishings into our new home. Nicolosi Movers were organized, punctual and professional. From the owner, Jack coming out to assess and quote our move, to Crystal in the office, who was always polite and helpful in aiding our needs, to the guys who did the actual moving, all wereprofessional, polite and great at their jobs. They took care to protect our belongings which was important to us. This was our second move using this company and if we were to move again I wouldn't hesitate in calling them. We believe the cost of the move was well justified due to the degree of difficulty in moving us twice with unloading and loading in between the move! We highly reccomend Jack and his team!

The team that came and packed up the furniture was very professional, careful and competent. They came when they promised and arrived at the destination as promised. The team that unloaded my stuff was equally professional. Fast and careful, the move was very smooth. Also, the quoted price was exactly what I paid.

It was wonderful.They were hard fast workers. Pleasant and ready to do anything to serve us. They all made the move a pleasant stress free experience. They were very careful with all items moved. Only price was competitive. Two hours late with no communication. All boxes pre-packed and numbered, no sofas, only 2 beds. Loading took 6 hrs. 7.5 hrs late at destination. Was told no goods would be transferred to another truck, but not true and furniture unassembled after left origin, without notice. Company uses padded paper, not blankets, on many pieces which suffered gouges and scratches. Reassembly and unload took another 6 hrs. One bed assembled incorrectly. Screws missing for one bookcase (no response on remedy), supports for shelf units arrived a day late at 10 pm. Was not originally unassembled. Now have to assembly personally. Management's only response was that I got a good price, and that they were allowed to handle the move as they saw fit. This means they doubled up on a truck in order to get another move in, compromising my goods and schedule. Also, provided neither government-required Rights and Responsibilities booklet for interstate moves nor Order of Services list of all goods taken into their possession for move. Very unprofessional office staff blamed drivers for delays and miscommunication. Would never recommend this moving firm. I don't understand how they got Angie's List awards for 4 years as they state on their company answering machine message.
